
The TOP Performance Club is an exclusive private member club available to a limited number of members. The invitation is made through a recommendation from an existing member or through an application. If you are interested in becoming a member, please use the contact form. As a member of the TO Performance Club, you commit to at least two 30-minute personal training sessions per week. Depending on your fitness level and your personal goals, additional sessions may be added, but these include not only training, but also relaxation, flexibility and recovery. Maybe you already do a sport and would like to improve in certain areas or find balance? Your training will be individually designed to give you the greatest possible benefits while being time efficient.
For personal training, you have to book a fixed appointment with me via the app. The training lasts 30 minutes and includes 1:1 coaching, individually tailored to your needs. You are connected to me live via video in the app, I can also see you and even regulate the intensity of the stimulation remotely according to your wishes.
During group training, you are also connected live to a trainer via the app. However, this person cannot see you via video, but only checks your training data such as intensities, heart rate, index, etc. Group training takes place at set times and always has a focus, e.g. cardio training, back training or HIIT. You don't have to book the appointment in advance and you can join the training at the specified times via your app's dashboard. The number of participants in group training is not limited, but you are responsible for regulating your own training intensity. The trainer checks and can also speak to you directly if necessary.
Video-on-demand training consists of recorded training videos of different lengths and for different training goals. You can access training videos through the app and train with them at any time and from any location. The trainer will give you important tips, motivate you and also give you recommendations on which workouts you can combine sensibly. If you particularly like a video, you can save it to your favorites.
You can book an appointment for your next personal training in the GO SYMBIONT app. Click on “Book Appointment” on the dashboard and you will receive a selection of available training dates. As soon as you have chosen and booked an appointment, you will receive a confirmation email to the email address stored in your profile. There is also an appointment for your calendar so that you can add the training date directly to your appointment calendar.
Appointments for personal training must be booked at least 12 hours in advance.
Please note: Only one appointment can be booked in advance. This means we can provide appointments to all athletes. However, you can make a new appointment immediately after your completed your training session.
You can cancel your appointment at any time in the GO SYMBIONT app. Log in and click “Cancel Appointment” on the dashboard. You will receive confirmation of the appointment cancellation to your email address and can book a new appointment immediately. Please note: Personal training appointments must be booked at least 12 hours in advance.
